Much of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage moves away from the heavy RPG mechanics of the last two games. However, some remnants remain but are not overwhelming for new and old players. In Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, our hero Basim has skills that he can earn to become a better assassin. Depending on how you play, each skill offered will greatly change how Basim deals with his enemies. If you’re just starting out and want some direction, here are some of the best early game skills you can get in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.
Assassin’s Creed: Mirage – Best Early Game Skills
There are no builds in the game that you can create. So, whichever segment of the tree you invest in, you will be proficient in that area. The following skills will use all aspects of the game so you have a balanced experience. Note: Three starting skills are required to open the skill tree , so we’ll skip those.
Before the main event: Baghdad is a detailed world; look how big the city is.
Best skills at the beginning of the game
- Breakfall : You will have to run a lot, and health will not be restored if you do not have clothes or weapons with this perk. It’s important when you’re being stalked. If you don’t have this skill and you fall, the health loss will be quite high. There were times when my health bar dropped to almost half. Whenever I try to fight back, it’s much more difficult because I can’t take that many hits. Thus, this skill acts as a buffer and reduces fall damage . The sooner you master this skill, the better your escapes and chases will become.
- Elixir Pocket : There are several healing options in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. While wandering the streets of Baghdad, you can find food that will give you a small amount of health . But what happens when you fight? Stocking up on Elksir is something every assassin should do. At first you only get two, but this skill increases the capacity by one . Elixirs are the best alternative for health because they restore all your health . So in those moments in the middle of a fight when you can’t escape, the more you have, the better the outcome for you.
- Knife Restoration : I don’t know about you, but I think knives are very important. For Basim’s ranged attacks, this will most often help. The knives will run out, and the best way to get more is outside of combat. While you can steal from people or go to merchants, picking off knives from fallen enemies is the easiest way to replenish their supplies. On top of that, if you use a knife during a fight, you can quickly get it back by getting close to the enemy you hit . You may never run out of knives if you keep finding them.
- Eagle Sense : Using Enkidu, your eagle friend, you can target enemies, treasures, and other points of interest . It is great for pre-attack planning and even reconnaissance. Using Eagle Sense, Enkidu directs the route of a guard or person of interest . This skill has helped me get in and out of fortresses quickly because I can anticipate movements better. It’s best to avoid areas where you know you can’t win. The ability to predict an enemy’s next move is of paramount importance to any assassin.
