When playing The Sims 4, there are quite a few cheats at your disposal. This includes cheats made specifically for packs, such as those you can use with the Growing Together pack. What about the Horse Ranch Expansion Pack? Well, it has its own unique cheats too! Here’s what they are and how to use them.
All cheats in Sims 4 Horse Ranch
I offer six different cheats I could find for Horse Ranch. Most have to deal with your horses and their skills, but there are a couple dedicated to Sims and their ranching activities. Maximizing your skills will allow you to become a master rancher in no time!

How do I find out my horse’s ID number in The Sims 4 Horse Ranch?
Since all horse skill cheats in The Sims 4 require knowing your horse’s ID number, it’s good to know how to do it. First enter Ctrl+Shift+C and then testcheats true to activate the cheat codes. From here:
- Use the cheat code sims.get_sim_id_by_name , but enter the horse’s name
- For example, my horse’s name is Thunder Lynch. I use the cheat code sims.get_sim_id_by_Thunder Lynch
- Some players have had problems running this cheat. Make sure you enter everything correctly. If this still doesn’t work, try restoring the game from the Manage tab of the EA app.
