Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a game that I would say has a lot more bark than bite. However, you will encounter bursts of fast-paced action from time to time throughout the gameplay. They are few and far between, but they are good when they appear. During the Black Steel mission in Cyberpunk 2077’s Hour of Chaos, you’ll have to fight your way through some pretty tough enemies.
Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos in Cyberpunk 2077
Songbird was captured by MaxTuck and you decided to side with Reed during the Firestarter mission. It’s time to pursue her and bring her back. But first you have to find her.
Select a netrunner
Your progress in the main game determines who you can turn to for help in Black Steel in The Hour of Chaos. You’ll have the choice of Nyx, Carol Emeka, Chang-Hoon Nam, or hire a netrunner from good old Mr. Hands for 15,000 whirlwinds.
Who you hire doesn’t matter to the game. Pick them up from their chosen location and continue the Cyberpunk 2077 mission.
Plan an ambush
You can now take a position near the old hotel at the Pacifical West Wind Apartments. It’s time to set up an ambush. I’d suggest a high vantage point and a powerful long-range weapon so you can shoot the vans.
After you’ve dealt with the first wave of police, you’ll need to deal with Black Steel’s real enemies in the Hour of Chaos mission. When you try to open the van, they will attack you. Four MaxTac operators can indeed be dangerous. However, there is a way to make it a little easier.
Everyone attacks differently, so I would suggest going with Jasper Collins first. Their quick hacks will only make your life more difficult. Now, if you can, get Faye Russo and Asher Peterson away from the bigger Dallas Foster. The latter is the tank of the group and requires its own attention.
Regroup in Cyberpunk 2077
Once you defeat them, you must regroup with Reed and follow the tracks left by Songbird. Once you discover where she went, you can begin the next mission after Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos.
