A vast universe of galactic battles and powerful weapons, Destiny 2 offers Guardians a variety of exotic weapons to use against the forces of darkness. Among them is the Sweet Business, an automatic rifle known for its enormous destructive potential and unique mechanics. To expand its capabilities and make it truly exceptional, it needs a catalyst. However, there are certain prerequisites that you need to fulfill in order to obtain the Catalyst, and if you are interested in purchasing it, please refer to the guide below.
Getting Sweet Business Catalyst in Destiny 2
Before you can start obtaining the Catalyst, you will need to have the Sweet Business Automatic Rifle in your inventory. If you don’t already have this weapon, you can obtain it through random Exotic Engrams, completing certain quests, or purchasing it from Xur when he puts it up for sale.
Sweet Business is a powerful weapon with the “Payday” internal trait, which allows the pistol to have a magazine size of 150 rounds. This trait also makes the weapon more accurate when fired from the hip. It’s good for close to mid-range combat and naturally does a great job of taking out multiple mobs in a short period of time. Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way to obtain a catalyst for a sweet business. However, if you regularly participate in Strikes, Nightfall, or the Crucible, you will eventually receive a Catalyst.
Sweet Business Catalyst reduces flinching caused by incoming damage when the Masterwork upgrade is unlocked. However, to do this, you need to kill four or more enemies to activate Multikill, and do so 250 times. Obviously this isn’t easy to achieve since not only is it difficult to get Multikill, but you also need a place that has a healthy mob spawn rate. The best places to get the Magnatrix upgrade are Leviathan’s Raid or Altars of Sorrow.
