The Eleos Retreat is located on the second planet, Ixyll II, within the Ixyll System, positioned to the right of the system’s sun. To reach the Ixyll System in Starfield, you have two main options:
You can navigate directly above the Kryx system, even though it is considered hostile territory.
Alternatively, you can travel northeast from the Alpha Centauri region until you reach the Ixyll System. The Ixyll System is recognizable by its central sun and the presence of nine orbiting planets.
Locating the Eleos Retreat on the rocky Ixyll II planet within the Ixyll System is a straightforward task. This planet is host to one industrial and two science outposts, with the Eleos Retreat situated just above the science outposts.

Upon entering the Eleos Retreat, Sloan Temitope will promptly assign you the “Dead Stop” side quest. In this mission, your objective is to locate Kilman, listen to his account of the events, and subsequently converse with Sloan back in Starfield. Successful completion of this quest will yield both Credits and 75 EXP as your rewards.
Furthermore, you can also embark on the “Missing Worker” quest while at the Eleos Retreat. Completing this mission will grant you the Epic Peacemaker Rifle and a unique Outfit as your rewards.
