You can find her office on the Operations Floor of Ryujin Tower in Neon, located within Alpha Volii. Proceed right from the reception area to her office with glass windows to locate her.

Imogene’s primary directive for you involves influencing the decision of Quantum Synergies Executives in favor of selecting Infinity LTD for an upcoming job. To firmly sway their judgment, you must execute a clever maneuver: substituting the original presentation with a subtly altered version designed to undermine their credibility during the board’s meeting.

This mission must be conducted discreetly, with strict adherence to her instructions, and your efforts will be generously rewarded.

Lastly, you’ll be required to don a Fitted Business Suit, a garment that Imogene has specifically ordered to ensure you embody the role you’re about to undertake.

Talk to Arthur Cruz

Arthur Cruz, the Financial Manager at Quantum Synergies, can be found on the first floor of the establishment. To reach him, take the VIP elevator located opposite Zola’s location, ascending to the VIP Balcony. In the first room on the right, designated as Booth 1, you will encounter Arthur Cruz. Your objective here is to persuade Arthur Cruz to oppose Infinity Ltd.

Engage in a conversation with Arthur until he inquires whether you are affiliated with Infinity LTD. At this point, a dialogue option labeled [Persuade] will become available for you to steer the discussion. During this interaction, it’s crucial to mention “Infinity LTD’s fabricated profits” and clarify that your interests do not overlap with Ryujin Industries. This choice will earn you a significant +3 Persuasion points.

Arthur can prove to be a challenging conversationalist; being overly assertive may result in his dismissal of your claims. We recommend adhering to the conversational cues provided in the Dossier and, when uncertain, selecting the initial green-labeled option for a smoother exchange.

Head to Nina Hart’s suite

Past the elevators, you’ll encounter a corridor that leads to Starfield Nina Hart’s Suite, which is guarded by Neon Security. Her Suite is marked as VIP Booth and is situated in the rear corner.

For those who prefer a more direct approach, it’s possible to unlock the door using a Digipick. However, keep in mind that failing to elude the security will result in your immediate apprehension, leading to your transfer to the Neon Security Station.

Importantly, bear in mind that you’ll be required to cover the cost of your own bail, totaling 2850 Credits. Thus, your decision should be influenced by your financial circumstances. Find a way into Nina Hart’s Suite (optional)
