Farming item components is a challenge in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0, as you only get a small amount for scrapping items. Luckily, after researching and testing, I found a few ways to quickly farm item components in Cyberpunk 2077.

The main way to farm item components in Cyberpunk 2.0 is by farming enemies and disassembling your weapons for item comments up to level five . Completing the GIG and NCPD scanner is usually the best way to disassemble the weapon into its components. In short, you can find a lot of enemies in both quests and side quests. Enemies also usually have multiple item components on their bodies, which you can loot for additional components.

Get the Lucky Day perk to increase the number of item components you can collect from enemies and containers. The Lucky Day perk can be found in  the tech perk tree . To get the Lucky Day bonus, you need to level up the Tech Skill Tree to  level nine . By increasing your Tech level to nine, you can get the perk as shown below.

To receive the Lucky Day bonus, one perk point is required. If you don’t have a perk, get it back from another perk or tree. You can also disassemble clothing items to obtain one item component of any level. For example, dismantling level five clothing will give you one component of a level five item. Don’t worry about losing items of clothing: you can find them again in your wardrobe and make more outfits after you sort through them. You can also salvage unwanted weapon modifications through the backpack to obtain additional item components. But if you want to farm item components quickly, we recommend trying one of our best methods below:

One of the best ways to farm many level 5 item components is by farming enemies and loot containers in  the Reconciliation Park location in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0. Reconciliation Park can be found south of City Center Corpo Plaza at the site shown below:

There are many enemies scattered throughout the park that appear at night. You can farm these enemies repeatedly when they respawn after waiting for hours using the time skip option. Players can also find  loot containers  throughout the park, which may contain several legendary items, as shown below:

We recommend farming enemies in the park when you are at least level  30-40< /strong>. I found these legendary items .and  level 4+  item components tend to spawn more often at these levels. You can break down Legendary items such as clothing, accessories, and weapons into Level 5 item components. You can also craft Level 5 Item Components from Level 4 through the  Crafting Menu .. To craft Level 5 Item Components, you will need at least five Level 4 Item Components per Level 5 component. You can also farm level five item components by farming lower level components and creating higher levels.

How to solve the problem with infinite money and junk items in Cyberpunk 2.0

Another great method for farming item components and money in Cyberpunk 2077 is to complete Infinite Money or Unwanted Item. You’ll need a few unnecessary items to complete the infinite money glitch; I recommend up to  15 medical gauze .or something similar. If you don’t have unwanted items, you can find them by going to a junk dealer. You can find unwanted item suppliers by locating them on the map using the unwanted item seller icon shown below:

If everything is done correctly, immediately after selling your items another tab should appear asking if you want to sell all your unwanted items. Select Yes and your unwanted elements will be duplicated as shown below. You can repeat these steps as many times as you like for money and item components if you declutter the items you don’t need.

How to Farm Slaugt-O-Matic Vending Machines for Item Components in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0

If you don’t want to experience the infinite money glitch, you can also farm Slaught-O-Matic vending machines for item components instead. To farm Slaught-O-Matic vending machines, go to a location that has at least one or two machines. We recommend at least two cars like the ones shown below south of Megabuilding H10 : Atrium.

From the vending machines, you want to buy several Slaught-O-Matic pistols by clicking on the machine several times. Be careful not to press too quickly, as the machines may malfunction and stop creating weapons.

We recommend purchasing only  15 guns  one after the other to avoid machine crashes. . Make a quick save before purchasing any Slaught-O-Matic weapons so you can reload the game if the machines stop working. Later, you can take each gun purchased for  $100  and disassemble it in your inventory, obtaining  five parts  each.

Overall, the Slaught-O-Matic pistol method is a decent way to use up any extra Eddies you use far into the game. However, if you don’t have much money, we recommend using another option for farming item components.
