RTX Video Super Resolution , which will work on online content such as Netflix, Hulu, Twitch and YouTube in Chrome and Edge browsers , will not be a valid technology for every graphics card. To use the technology in question, you need to have one of the RTX 30 series or RTX 40 series graphics cards.

NVIDIA also announced that this feature will not be active by default. Users will need to manually enable the feature via the control panel.

How to Use NVIDIA RTX Video Super Resolution?

To enable the feature manually;

  • You will enter the NVIDIA control panel.
  • You will follow the path “Video > Edit video display settings” .
  • Here you can adjust the settings via the RTX video enhancement section .
  • We should also point out that there are various quality versions for the mod. You will have to choose between quality mode 1 and quality mode 4 versions.

We should also point out that the Video Super Resolution feature is also being considered for RTX 20 series graphics cards , but this is a very early stage. NVIDIA states that refactoring is necessary for the RTX 20 series. We will have to wait a while for older graphics cards.
